Driving Directions

(Note: Some of the roads have recently been changed and have more that one name. For your convenience we have listed the multiple names for the same street.)

From I-35:

• Travel to Round Rock and take the University Ave./Hwy. 1431 exit (Exit #256).
• Turn West (turn left if coming from Austin, turn right if coming from Georgetown) on to University Ave./Hwy. 1431 and travel approximately 5 miles to Parmer Lane/Ronald Reagan Blvd.
• Turn North (right) on Parmer Lane/Ronald Reagan Blvd. and travel 1 mile to CR180/Caballo Ranch.
• Turn Left on CR180/Caballo Ranch and travel approximately 1/2 mile, Downing Lane will be the first right. (Watch for a sharp left turn just before Downing Lane.)
• Travel approximately 1/2 mile to the end of Downing Lane and turn right to reach FountainGlenn.

From Parmer Lane:

• Travel North on Parmer Lane/Ronald Reagan Blvd. until you reach CR180/Caballo Ranch (approximately 10 miles north of Mopac/Loop 1 and 1 mile north of Hwy. 1431).
• Turn Left on CR180/Caballo Ranch and travel approximately 1/2 mile, Downing Lane will be the first right. (Watch for a sharp left turn just before Downing Lane.)
• Travel approximately 1/2 mile to the end of Downing Lane and turn right to reach FountainGlenn.

From Hwy 183 or 183A (Toll Road):

• Travel North on Hwy. 183 or 183A until you reach New Hope Road in Cedar Park and take a right (approximately 13 miles north of Mopac/Loop 1 - the 183A split is 2-3 miles before New Hope Rd ).
• Travel approximately 1 mile to Downing Lane and turn left.
• Follow Downing Lane to T in road and turn right for FountainGlenn.
